This Second-Empire style carriage house was designed to both echo the mansard-roofed early addition on the main house while at the same time presenting itself as a Victorian firehouse. The curved roof members, massive carriage doors, and delicate dormer windows were all made by hand on-site while period-appropriate hardware, lights and bath fittings were sourced from abroad.
